Hi guys! Great to see so many new members posting fic and the like. We know some of you are new to LJ as well and might not know the ettiquette on using LJ cuts. This is longtime LJ ettiquette to spare your friends’ list from having to scroll through long posts.
Please follow these rules when posting.
1. If a post is longer than two to three paragraphs, it must go behind a cut. Whether it’s fic or discussion or whatever.
2. If you don’t know how to do an LJ cut, here’s a tutorial. It’s very easy. Just make sure you are on HTML (the top right-hand corner of the posting box says Rich Text and HTML – choose HTML).
