will_sonny. I introduced myself by jumping in with some comments last week. I have to admit to only watching Days sporadically these days, though there was a time (at the risk of dating myself, Bo/Hope, Kayla/Steve, anyone *g*) that I watched more actively. I've been catching glimpses of the Will/Sonny storyline and it's quite captivating. I was glad to find this comm because, while my sister also watches the show, she and I watch for different reasons, and when I'm all "omg squee!" she's like *yawn whatever*.Since I haven't seen every bit of Will and Sonny's developing relationship, I checked out the willandsonny youtube channel today and watched a couple of the vids, specifically the one where Will comes out to Sonny, and then moved backwards to Will coming out to Marlena. Wow. Loved them! (Especially Will's comment about not wanting Sonny to be his Gay Life Coach, and how the ladies would be upset. *g* There's some great humorous moments with CM/Will that I didn't really expect.) I wanted to reach through my screen and hug Marlena. And of course, the scene with Sonny was lovely. The hug! Sonny's sense of humor!
I've been so captivated by Will/Sonny that I've even committed fic. I have actually been outlining a story in my head, but yesterday morning I got an idea that jumped the line and insisted it be written asap. I typed it in last night and sent it off to beta, so I'm hoping to be able to post it tonight or tomorrow. And I really hope I managed to keep the boys in character. o_O
While reading the discussions, and watching some of the more recent ep vids here on the comm, I immediately thought of a song that would fit the boys' situation perfectly, and I wanted to throw it out there for anyone who is good at vidding to take a gander at and maybe make a Will/Sonny vid to it.
